Jong Tae-se proud of his roots

Part One of my recent interview with Kawasaki Frontale and Korea DPR’s Jong Tae-se is now available for your reading pleasure here http://www.the-afc.com/en/tournaments/men-a-youth/fifa-world-cup-2010/29314-jong-stays-true-to-his-dpr-korea-identity

This installment focuses on his decision to represent North Korea ahead of either Japan or South Korea (both of whom he was elegible to play for) and his hopes for what a positive tournament could do for the image of the country.

Part Two will follow shortly before North Korea’s first match – their relatively straightforward encounter with Brazil.
